One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples." Luke 11:1(NIV)

The goal of the prayer ministry is to equip and encourage members of St. Paul to grow in their relationship with God through prayer. With that in mind, we are revamping our efforts to make prayer a more intentional part of each of our lives. This section of the website is just one of the renewed efforts to give our members the tools needed to strengthen their prayer lives. In addition to resources about prayer, we want to encourage people to submit prayers so that the prayer ministry or anyone who views this website if you wish can pray for you or help you thank God for an answered prayer. We also want people to submit their answered prayers to help encourage others that prayer does work and that God is listening.
